Add, rename or stop using names. "Stop using" hides a name from new forms but keeps all old reports as they are. Staff can add new values from the forms themselves; only the Admin can delete — Delete removes a value for good (old reports keep the words they already have).
Set a PIN for each staff member and share it with them. Staff sign in with name + PIN — they cannot change it. Regenerate makes the old PIN stop working at once. Sites and menus set here apply to PIN sign-ins.
For each signed-in person: link their staff name, allot their sites (tick any number — none ticked = all sites), and tick which extra menus they may open. Staff always get Send Reports + My Reports, see only their OWN reports, and can create or cancel their own reports only within 1 month — after that only Admin can. (In demo mode this list is a preview; it takes effect with Firebase logins.)

Upload the authorised signature with the company seal once — it prints on every Purchase Order. Stored safely in your Firebase; only signed-in users can reach it.
Prefer a file instead? Put the image in the app folder as signature.png before deploying — the PO print uses it when no upload is saved.
With Firebase connected, the Admin creates staff accounts in Firebase Console → Authentication (email + password), then sets their role: the email listed as OWNER_EMAIL in the app file is Admin automatically; everyone else is Staff. Admins see the Admin tab + Control Centre; Staff see only Send Reports. In demo mode (no Firebase), use the PIN.
